Great food and great service. The sandwich was amazing and enough to take home and have the next day. Will be back. The friendly service welcome you in and made you want to come back. It was packed so you might have a wait but it will be worth it.

I went to Pinocchio's a couple of years ago and ordered a pastrami sandwich. It was underwhelming - expensive with hardly any meat and not much flavor. I much preferred Ferrarese's. But... everyone kept raving and my son said I ordered the wrong thing, so we went back and ordered - The Cricket. What a great sandwich! It's delicious and huge. I always get the large and yes it is $19 but it's the size of 2 small Togo's. I've gone back 6 times in the last couple of months and I just keep ordering the same thing (but why mess with success?), however my wife has tried something new every time and she likes it all. Except for the Italian sausage sandwich, she says it's delicious, but apparently there is only 1/2 of one link in a large?

After a day of snowshoeing at Dodge Ridge we decided to try a meal at Pinochio's Restaurant in Sonora. What a wonderful meal! My wife had the Pesto Chicken, My son had the Chicken Alfredo and I tried the Chicken Caesars Salad . They were all delicious!! We really enjoyed the meal and the friendly service. We are definitely looking forward to returning. My son said that it was the best Chicken Alfredo he has ever had, and that is saying something! See you soon Pinochio's!

Awesome as usual... we go there at least once every other month ... have been known to visit a couple times in a month... can't wait to check out your new place when you move although you will be further away it will be worth the drive... food is always good and the service is stellar

Mom and I had a late lunch here at Pinocchio's I have eaten here couple times before, this place rocks! The food is really good, servers very friendly for sure I will be going back. The interior is really cool it's fun looking at the artifacts on the walls. We took half our lunch home, the to go and I was pleased to see they use cardboard boxes and not styrofoam or plastic. Pinocchio's will be relocating further up 108 soon to a larger building. Also even during and after the pandemic their food never changed it's still great not all restaurants were able to do that. That says a lot about this place.

Wow, this place brings back memories of the Italian deli's and restaurants while growing up in Oakland. Hey, we were at a friend's cabin and dropped down to Sonora to walk around. Decided to grab some lunch and hit the old faithful Yelp app. Pinocchio's popped up and we headed there. The place is in a strip mall but when we walked in I was transported back in time. Joe Pinocchio greeted us, donned in his Yankees vest. I saw a ton of old school Yankees photos on the wall. He was extremely personable and he saw that we got a good table. He gave us a history of the family's restaurant. Extremely interesting. We were going to a New Years dinner that night so my wife and I split the Grinder. Excellent sandwich. Our friends had the meatball sandwich. They loved it. The bread they use is perfect for baking. Turns out nice and crunchy. Isn't a thick piece of bread that ruins a sandwich. The ingredients of the sandwich should be the star of the show. We definitely will be back. Curious to try the pasta dishes.

We recently ate here for my son's birthday dinner and we had such a wonderful experience! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was fun and the food was delicious. We wanted to make the night special so we all ordered whatever we wanted and loved everything and the price was a lot cheaper than we expected! We really enjoyed every minute. We are already thinking about our next visit, which is going to be VERY soon. This is one of our favorite places now, no wonder it's been here forever, it's a gem! Keep kicking butt Pinocchio's you guys rock! I'm the only one who took pics of my food because my husband and son started devouring their food before I could snap a pic lol! But we also got the cricket, fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs with sausage to take home, and cannolis and tiramisu and all were so good we loved every single thing.

We LOVE Pinocchio's! Everything on the menu is amazing. From Italian classics, to sandwiches, to salads. We love the sandwiches and the kids love the huge meatballs. The staff is very friendly. From date night to family outings they treat everyone equally and make you feel welcome. I've tried just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The only warning is that the full sandwiches are huge, you will be taking something home with you. If you don't want to take anything home, order the half sandwich.

Had to take my daughter to DMV for a driving test she was starving because she just got out of school. Stopped here and got her a sandwich. She ordered a pesto chicken sandwich and a lemonade. Sandwich was a good size and she loved it ! She said it was very tasty and she looks forward to coming back and trying other sandwiches.
